Transfer & release

If the transfer is wrong or fails (buyer)

Do not release — reject the transfer or open a dispute so funds stay protected.

If the domain never arrives, is the wrong one, or is not as described, do not release the funds. Your money stays held in escrow until it is sorted out.

  • Reject the transfer — signals the seller that it did not go through as agreed; the deal is worked back toward a resolution.
  • Open a dispute — if you and the seller disagree, escalate it to our team to decide based on the facts and the agreed terms.
  • Never release just because you are asked to — release is irreversible and pays the seller.

Because the money is already held, neither side can walk off with it while a rejection or dispute is worked out.
