Funding
Funding a deal (buyer)
Pay by wire/ACH with your unique reference, or in crypto where offered.
After both sides agree, our team prepares the deal for funding. The buyer then sees the trust-account bank details and a unique reference code on the deal page.
- 1Make sure your identity is verified (KYC) — funds cannot be accepted until the buyer is verified.
- 2Send a wire/bank transfer for the exact amount shown to the bank details on the deal page.
- 3Include the unique reference code so we can match your payment to your deal.
- 4Once the funds arrive and clear, we mark the deal as funded and notify the seller to transfer the domain.
Paying in crypto: where the deal page shows a Crypto option, you can pay in USDC, USDT, BTC, or ETH. Send only the listed asset on the listed network to the address on the deal page, then enter your transaction hash under "I've sent it" so we can match it (crypto payments carry no reference code).
- USDC/USDT on a USD deal: send the exact amount shown — 1 coin counts as 1 dollar.
- BTC/ETH: send the equivalent of the amount shown. We credit the dollar value when it arrives; if it comes up short (for example, because the price moved), you'll be asked to send the difference before the deal is funded.
- Sending the wrong asset, or the right asset on the wrong network, can lose the funds permanently.
Always use the bank details and reference shown on the deal page itself. We will never ask you to send money to a different account by email or text.
