Fees & who pays

A transparent escrow fee, set per deal; you choose who covers it.

Each deal carries an escrow fee based on the amount. When you set up the transaction you choose who pays it — the buyer, the seller, or a 50/50 split. The fee and the resulting amounts are shown on the deal page before anyone agrees, so there are no surprises.

  • Buyer pays: the buyer funds the deal amount plus the fee; the seller receives the full amount.
  • Seller pays: the buyer funds the deal amount; the fee comes out of the seller's proceeds.
  • Split: the fee is divided between both sides.

There is no public rate table — the exact fee is calculated from the amount and shown in the setup flow before either party signs. The estimator on the home page gives the real ballpark.
