Agreeing to terms

Both principals must agree before the deal can be funded.

When you are invited to a deal, open it from your dashboard and review the domain, the price, the transfer method, the fee split, and who the other party is. If it is correct, click Agree to terms.

  • The buyer and the seller both have to agree. (A broker or partner on the deal does not block this — only the two principals do.)
  • Once both principals agree, the fee is locked in and the deal is ready to be funded.
  • If something looks wrong, do not agree — contact the other party to fix the terms first.
